The Clackamas River is our home river and our most popular rafting trip. The Clackamas is one of the premier white water rivers in Oregon and is within easy reach of anywhere in the Portland metro area. Lush old-growth forests line the bank of this steep canyon and reflect off the crystal-clear water.

With great rapids throughout the trip, the Clackamas River provides ample opportunities for excitement and fun. Summer trips are warm enough for plenty of play and swimming in between running rapids.

Once done changing, we will proceed upstream to the launch area and Blue Sky will outfit everyone with a life jacket, paddle and a helmet (if requested).
