Participation Agreement

All guests will be asked to read and sign an Assumption of Risk Participation Agreement prior to any whitewater rafting trip. Minors must also have the Agreement read and signed by a parent or legal guardian. If the minor's legal guardians will not be participating in the trip, the form may be read and signed in advance of your rafting trip or kayak course. Simply print the Assumption of Risk Participation Agreement, read it, and bring the signed form with you when you sign in for your trip.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your trip at least 14 days in advance you will receive a full refund. If you give us cancellation notice within 2-7 days of your trip date, there is a $20 per person cancellation fee. Cancellations without at least 2 days prior notice will receive no refund.

Alcohol Policy

Consumption of alochol before or during any whitewater activity creates a serious risk to all participants on the trip. Alcohol is not permitted before or during any of our whitewater trips. Guests arriving for a trip under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to participate, and no refund will be given.
